About Me

My grandparents, George and Delores Calo, lived in War, West Virginia. My grandfather worked in the coal mines and my grandmother owned a little restaurant on the mill grounds. The coal mines would pay the workers in tokens that could be used at the general store. My grandfather and his friends would buy supplies at the general store and made shine for cash. I’d give anything to discuss those moonshiner times with him. Today all my shining experience has been gained through social media, especially YouTube. My biggest influences are Jesse Wilson of Still It, JB Wagonmaker, Dusty Moonshine, and Copper Kelley of Moonshine Life.

The Timeline
I come from a great heritage of Moonshiners and I plan on passing that to our now & next generation!
